Camelina

Camelina (Lat. Camelina) – genus gramineous of Brassicaceae family. Camelina – annual herbs, covered with sessile cordate leaves. The flowers are pale – or golden-yellow gathered in the terminal racemes. The pods are a bit inflated, avoid, the orals has a flat end, the dissepiments are many-seeded; the seeds are fine, rich in oil thanks to this fact camelina species are cultivated as oil crops.
